What data we process
When you fill in the inquiry form, we record the following: name, email address, phone number, message text, the selected business unit and your answers to its questions, and the fact and time of your consent. We also record technical data such as browser type and any UTM parameters identifying how you found the site.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Data retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires or permits. We delete it sooner on request.
Who has access
Data submitted through the form reaches Solven Group Kft. staff through an internal automation system (n8n). We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict processing, and object to processing. You can file a complaint with Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
